<div>Hi my name is Daniel. I'm a husband and dad of 2 teens and I have been diagnosed with MND. From being an active dad, working as a concreter to now not being able to walk to the bathroom unassisted, I'm losing strength and motor function by the day. MND is degenerative and life expectancy is short.  While there is no cure, there are currently programs and treatments in the US that can significantly improve my quality of life and time spent with my growing family.  I would be forever grateful for help funding a year of this treatment plus travel costs. I want to be as healthy as I can for my 14 year old son and 17 year old daughter.
