Medical treatment for Akylbek's kidney illness

Akylbek has had chronic kidney illness for 4 years. Two years ago his kidneys nearly failed and he underwent embryonic stem cell therapy, which helped him save his life. His family sold their home to finance his medical treatment. The medical staff told him that he needed another round of stem cell treatment in the clinic 6 months after the last procedure. However, due to the pandemic and the loss of jobs by his family members, his family was unable to pay for his treatment. It is been nearly two years since his last treatment and his health state has been deteriorating steadily to the point that he almost died in April of this year. Currently, he is adhering to a strict diet and only drinking mare's milk which is helping to maintain his kidney function. Soon, the season of mare's milk will finish and his health could deteriorate even worse and his kidneys can fail to process his blood, which inevitably will lead to his death. He hopes to undergo medical treatment soon because there could be nothing to save his kidney function soon as his kidney function is going from bad to worse with time going by.
