Medical surgery help for myself

First and foremost I hate having to do this , most of you know me as Hollywood in my old life , my name is Michael Wood and I have osteonecrosis in my right hip , it has been that way for almost 10 years and the reason I walk with a limp and is very painful some days are better than others but the pain is constant and I can have the surgery done and my insurance will cover it but I need the deductible to get started which is 2000 dollars and I will be out of work for 3-6 weeks with no money coming in to pay my extra expenses for medicine and doctors appointments and physical therapy any help is so appreciated even just a quick word of encouragement
