<div>Simbarashe got struck by a car last year in June and and broke his spinal cord. He has been lying in bed for over a year now. He cannot sit or use wheel chair because he needs surgery for my spine and legs. Simba lives with my elderly mother who has done her best to care for me but its been hard for her. Simba has been using his mother's clothes as pampers as he's unable to get up and use the toilet himself. Simba needs money for surgery, medical care and living support for him and his mother.
