<div>Renata has been battling severe endometriosis, ovarian cysts, fibroids, and adhesions that have significantly worsened over time. Her last remaining ovary and fallopian tube are now filled with fluid and severely damaged, causing constant infections that are affecting her bladder and overall health. She is in excruciating pain daily—it hurts to walk, move, use the restroom, or even perform simple tasks. Despite repeated ER visits, she is only being given short-term relief through narcotics, which wear off quickly and don’t address the root of the problem.

<div>Doctors in our region (the Rio Grande Valley) have declined to take her case due to the complexity of her condition. Her current physician is doing everything she can, even reaching out to specialists as far as Houston. The urgency has grown, as there’s concern the endometriosis may soon spread to her intestines or lungs—something that would be far more dangerous and difficult to treat.

<div>Unfortunately, the specialists Renata needs are out-of-network and require payment out-of-pocket, which comes at a very high cost. This condition has already taken a toll on every part of her life—she’s lost three jobs, struggles to care for her 8-year-old daughter and beloved dog, and simply wants relief from this overwhelming pain.
