I’m excited to share that I’ve been accepted into a medical volunteer program with Vida Volunteer in Guatemala. As a pre-health student pursuing a career in healthcare, this opportunity means a lot to me. It will allow me to work alongside local physicians, assist in mobile clinics, and help provide basic healthcare to underserved communities that may not otherwise have access to medical services. Vida Volunteer focuses on creating sustainable healthcare systems through education and community outreach.

During this program, I will be helping with mobile clinics that provide free basic care, while also learning from experienced healthcare professionals and gaining valuable cross-cultural experience. It’s an opportunity not only to grow in my future career but also to give back and make a meaningful impact.

I am raising funds to help cover the costs of the program, including transportation, housing, meals, medical supplies, and the resources needed to operate the clinics.
