Medical help for the Fisher family

Donation protected
Friends and Family,
As many of you know our brother-in-law James was in bad car accident early morning Monday September 18th and suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as well as other injuries. He was taken to the closest hospital UPMC Altoona where he remained for 2 weeks in the ICU. Our sister Renee' stayed at the hospital day and night for a week straight, then traveled to and from the hospital each day until he was finally stable enough to make the transport to Pittsburgh.
The severity of the TBI are still unknown, only time can tell but James is a fighter and we have hope. He is at Montefiore hospital where he will begin this long road of rehabilitation.
He was traveling back to Connecticut that night where he had been working since February. His job has taken him all over the past several years making it difficult to see his family but he made time on his weekends off. He would make the long drive to and from just to see his wife & son. James is one of the hardest working people we know, taking jobs wherever they were no matter the distance- he spent last year working in Michigan. He took pride in his job as a Boilermaker (154) and worked hard. He was the sole provider for his family and made it so Renee' and their 6 year old son Noah never wanted for anything. He worked hard so she could be close to home with Noah. He is an amazing husband and father and his life revolves around those two. Their son is his pride and joy. Noah looks up to his father and thinks he's the strongest person in the world! The love he has for our sister has been going strong over 12 years. He has been family to us since day 1, never passing judgment and excepted all of us with no question. He was always there if you needed anything and was the first to help.
Even with insurance, medical bills can be a financial burden. Our family asks for any help you can offer to ease this difficult financial status they are stepping into. With Renee' out of work temporarily due to the situation, the expense of traveling, and accumulation of medical bills already starting to add up. Any little bit helps and generosity is greatly appreciated and will not go unnoticed.
We are asking for prayers. Pray for strength, complete healing and rehabilitation for James. Pray for strength and patience for Renee' and understanding and for Noah. Pray for progress each day on this long journey.
