Medical help for Julieta
Donation protected
Juliette is a sweet 16-month-old child diagnosed with a genetic disorder called Early Infantile Encephalopathy Epilepsy, but she currently functions at a 2-month-old level. I have had the privilege of meeting this special family over the past several years, and Juliette has stolen my heart. Since she was three months old, most of her life has been spent in a hospital, with the most recent, 14th admission just this past week. She had to urgently be transferred to the NICU where she could only breathe with a ventilator, making this the most difficult admission yet where she is truly fighting for her life. At this time, she has a guarded prognosis for survival.
During this emotional stay, she has required more medical equipment and procedures that Medicaid is not able to cover. Furthermore, her parents have had to take off more work, further impacting their personal finances significantly.
Any amount of donation would be appreciated to help this wonderful family through this difficult time-- they will be so thankful with this gift of love. Money should be the last thing that a family should worry about when their child is in the hospital.
(Written and verbal consents were provided).
