Medical help for a 16 year old

My name is Sebastian Palau and my 16 year old brother needs medical treatment for a benign tumor of the Tibula.
I am asking for medical cost help for my younger brother Joan Manel, who is only 16. An avid soccer (football) player and photographer, he has been diagnosed with a condition called Proximal Osseous of the 1/3 tumor of his left tibia - discovered after he was injured in soccer practice. The good news is that it is non-malignant (benign) and very treatable.
What is challenging is that our country – Venezuela – is in political and social chaos; medicine and medical supplies are very expensive and hard to find these days. Our currency virtually has no value and only with US dollars can things get done.
My goal is to raise $7,500 USD to cover some of Joan Manel’s medical costs so he can complete the surgery to repair his leg. This includes bone marrow, anesthesia, hospital supplies, and ongoing treatment – 3 surgeries are required, of which one has already been made, the extraction and biopsy of the damaged tissue.
The amount of my request here on GoFundMe covers a portion of the costs for these 3 procedures, and some of the hospital fees which include several medical exams as tomographies, resonances, X-rays, bone densitometry and laboratory tests which we still owe to the hospital, but mostly the raised funds will be spent in the secand and third phase of my brother's surgery, which consist in the treactment of the affected bone, the reconstruction of the area and it's filling with the bone injert.
This campain's beneficiary is my uncle who will withdraw the funds and then they will be passed to my mother, Adriana Solorzano, who is right now making everything she can to make sure my brother gets the best medical treatment he can get.
Our family and friends are all helping to supplement beyond what the Venezuela national health system will cover. If you have it in your heart to help a young aspiring, talented person with a small donation, it will go far.
