Medical Help and Travel expenses

My wife Lisa was diagnosed with chronic renal failure of December 2019, her health has gotten worse. However, she has now been struck with vasculitis again. It came out of remission for the second time. She is also having persistent discomfort in the form of very bad pain. Also renal failure. Stages 3b to 5 of renal failure can occur at anytime causing even more damage. She has been confined to a wheelchair as of July 6 and most likely will remain so for the remainder of her life, whatever the duration. They are being attacked by her vasculitis, which is aging them more quickly than ever before. Her health concerns have prevented me from working, and now I work everyday of the week to take care of her.

For both of us, this changes has been challenging. Her condition is unpredictable and could change at any time.
