My name is Jerome Smith. I am Seeking your assistance with my medical expenses due to my recent Open Heart Surgery.
In February of this year, the company i worked for, for 10 years closed their doors, leaving me without any Medical Insurance. In August I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure, that required Open Heart Surgery.
Before all of this occurred, I actively refereed basketball for over 20 years. Thinking I was at the best of health, little did I know. I encourage you to stay abreast of your medical health and listen to your body. It tells you when something's wrong.
