Medical Fundraiser for Eric McAllister

Dear Friends,

Since 2013, my good friend Eric McAllister has been visiting Fountain Hills while in the military, assisting youth and adults with self-defense and critical life skills. He decided to call our community home in 2016 permanently. He is a small business owner, veteran, and genuinely caring and humble person. More importantly, he strives daily to improve the lives of everyone around him through his small business. Eric is the founder, owner, and manager of a Fountain Hills fitness and martial arts Academy. His Academy provides all age groups self-empowerment, mental resiliency, emotional maturity, positive self-image, and self-worth in a healthy and safe environment.

As a small business owner, Eric opened his business doors on April 4, 2022, after over a year of renovations. Eric immediately started teaching classes and making a positive impact on the youth of the community. He also sponsors the local Boy and Girl Scout Troops in Fountain Hills.

In April 2022, the same month as opening his training Academy, he was experiencing some health issues. Unfortunately, Eric was diagnosed with cancer and started a robust treatment program. However, he continued to teach youth classes despite his medical condition. Eric was adamant about continuing to teach and coach at least the youth classes; he says it gives him hope and positivity to see the youth in his programs thrive.

On June 23, 2022, Eric was told his cancer was not responding as hoped and is facing another round of treatment. He has been torn between paying daily living expenses, rising costs of associated medical treatments, and trying to run his local small business. Eric doesn’t like being in the public spotlight. However, I know he needs some help getting through this next round of medical treatments.

This is a time-sensitive Go Fund Me campaign, as I am trying to raise as much as possible. The goal is 50,000, so Eric can continue medical care, run his small business, and afford daily expenses without choosing which to focus his finances on.

If you feel inclined, I encourage you to donate any amount to this Go Fund Me campaign to assist Eric in meeting medical expenses and the lost income from his inability to work during his cancer treatment. Every donation will go directly to his bank account with no middle person or fees to ensure the timeliness of getting any financial assistance to Eric.
