Medical Fundraiser for Autumn

On Monday July 6th Autumn (5 yrs old) was on her way home from getting chocolate milk from school lunch. She was crossing a somewhat safe intersection but on a very busy road in Roy, UT. A truck didn’t see her, and she was hit while riding her bike. Stuck under the truck, she was dragged down the road about 120 feet. A Good Samaritan was able to flag the driver and got them to stop.
This sweet girl is a miracle and had angels watching over her. While she did not suffer brain injury or broken bones (a miracle she does not have any) she does have extensive soft tissue damage.
Unfortunately she will have many surgeries and recovery in her future. She has other siblings at home and because of Covid 19, Only one parent can be at the hospital at a time. Her parents have been taking turns to be at the hospital and home. Family, and friends have been there to help where they can.
Little Autumn currently is at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT so they have been driving back and forth from Roy. Currently she is expected to be in the hospital for a minimum of two weeks while she undergoes her surgeries.
Your faith and prayers are most welcome. We thank you for them. God has certainly blessed them despite the tragedy.
