Medical Fund for Lung Procedure

I have been a singing teacher for most of my life, in England and the last 20 years here in America. I started having breathing problems 2 years ago, and after a year of tests, finally diagnosed 1 year ago inJanuary 2017 with Pulmany Fibrosis.
Parts of my lung are dying or dead. They tell me there is no cure for this disease and they hoped they could give me 5 years.
I enquired about lung transplant but I am not a good candidate for that. However I recently heard of a program at the Lung Institute, in Scottsdale Arizona. After a preliminary consultation they have accepted me as a good candidate, subject to my medical records.
Unfortunately I dont have $8500 and insurance will not pay for this treatment.
I had to give up my Voice teaching at Casper College last year as I was on full time oxygen and got out of breath walking more than a few yards. I also had o give up my private teaching at my home in September, because things had got so much worse.
This procedure will give me my life back, no more oxygen, and a normal life expectancy and not just the few years I have at this time.
I would appreciate any help no matter how small, because it all adds up, and this will be a life giver to me. The treatment is Stem cell treatment to the lungs which regenates healthy lung tissue over 3 months. I had stem cell therapy on my hips a long while ago and I know it works, because I am now walking normally and without pain.
The funds would need to be available SOON this January or early February before my lungs get any worse.
I also need funds for flight, and hotel in Scottsdale Arizona.
This situation is urgent. I want to get well enough to visit my daughter in England who I havent seen in ten years. Please help, anything would be appreciated.
