Medical Fund for Leitch Brothers

Matthew (18) and Jason (12)were involved in a serious auto accident on August 13, 2017.  They are both still hospitalized and Jason will undergo his second surgery to repair a crushed pelvis tomorrow.  Matthew has suffered from a punctured lung and broken ribs. Their parents are in need of financial assistance due to a very high medical insurance deductible and co-pays.  Any help that you can give is greatly appreciated.
