Medical fund for baby Rhette

Rhette was born emergency c section. “ When he came out things just were not right.” His mom said. He had fluid in his lungs and that's when they noticed he had a cleft pallet. He was born with Pierre Robin sequence. Pierre Robin sequence means your chin is too small which obstructs the airway, has a cleft palate and he is tongue tide. When he had a sleep study done the first time they wanted to go ahead and do surgery right away because his numbers were so bad I️t put him at a very high risk for SIDS. He had his first surgery done at just 17 days old to correct the problem but since he is so little, his bone broke. This caused the jaw to go back to where it was. So back to square one. Still at high risk for SIDS. They did another sleep study and again numbers were awful, doctors said this could be a life or death situation. Rhette will be having surgery again first thing Monday morning (today 12/11). While this stay at the hospital they will be turning his pI️ ns in his face everyday. He will have this device in his face for 3 months and then they will have another surgery to have it removed. 3 months later Rhette will then need to under go another major surgery to have his cleft pallet fixed. No 3 month old should have to go through this. He has 2 more surgeries ahead of him.

Right now the Julian family are at $300,000 in deep with medical bills and owe 10,000$ currently. This does not include what lies ahead.

Daniel, Devon’s husband and Rhettes father is in the fire service and is the provider of their household. Since Rhette is needing so much attention Devon will be a stay at home mom to care for Rhette. With that being said money is very tight for the Julian’s.

Rhette has a long road to recovery ahead of him. I️ am not entirely sure how much additional funds the Julian family will need, I️ just want to be able to provide as much as we can. These funds will help cover any additional medical costs, dinners, gas, any upcoming doctors visits, any loss compensation for being out of work. My goal is to help reduce the burden of any additional costs that are incurred due to this unfortunate situation.

I️ have included Devon, Rhettes mom as the beneficiary of the funds so she can ensure they have direct access for upcoming needs.

If you can’t provide financial help. Maybe there is a favorite recipe you can make and provide so that they have one less things to worry about once they return home. Or maybe even just a prayer.
