Robert Lee Myrick, Jr. (5/9/2001 – 8/27/2017) 16 years old, gone too soon.
On August 19th Robbie was involved in a fight and was critically injured. After 9 days in the critical care unit, surgery to release the pressure on his brain, life support and lots of prayers to bring him back – he passed into the hands of our Lord on August 27th.
His devoted father, Robert is left with an empty house, a broken heart and the inability to know how to move forward. I’ve watched Robert as a single father for many years and he’s one of the “good guys” that didn’t deserve this senseless tragedy. No parent should ever have to bury their child. Let’s rally to help Robert with anything he needs to be able to honor Robbie and get justice for this horrible injustice.
