Medical expenses for Nicki Bunce MS

I’m Nicki’s next door neighbor and I started this fundraiser to help her and her family pay for all the medical costs from her recent MS diagnosis.  
Nicki is 44 years old, married to Glenn Bunce and has 2 sons, Joseph and Dominic.
Back in December of 2017, Nicki had back surgery for a separate condition that was keeping her out of work. The trauma from that surgery is believed to have brought on this latest attack. Testing has shown that she has at least 30 old lesions on her brain but it was never caught or diagnosed until now.  Nicki’s MS came on severely and suddenly. She was diagnosed at the end of March 2018.
She is currently a patient at St. Luke’s Acute Rehabilitation Center in Utica, NY. 
She is not able to walk, has continuous tremors and muscle spasms. It is effecting her memory, vision and speech. Everything she does, she needs help with.  
She has become permanently disabled practically overnight. 
Her ultimate goal is to return home, but the house needs many improvements  to be updated to handicap accessible for her to function.
She needs a wheelchair ramp, a full handicap bathroom and a bedroom on the first floor because she will never be able to access her upstairs anymore.  They will also need to get a vehicle that she can get into comfortably and can accommodate  her wheel chair.

These are all things that they cannot afford and need to do immediately to get her home.  Nicki has a long road ahead of her and her medical needs will never go away.
