Hello everyone!
Jared is a great friend to many, caring husband to Jennifer and wonderful father to Madeleine and Eleanor. If there’s one thing we know about him, it’s that he would do anything for anybody – and has changed all of our lives for the better in one way or another. Whether you know him through personal ties, work or church – Jared is truly one of those people you admire, who inspires you and makes you want to do and be more. In early September, Jared was at work and started to feel ill – after being taken to the hospital and having multiple tests, he was diagnosed with Stage 3 brain cancer. Jared has already undergone surgery to remove a tumor from his brain. The surgery went well and his recovery has been quick and inspirational to watch. He is already fighting and you can tell that he’s rearing and ready to get back to work/life as he knew it.
Despite the tumor removal, Jared has only begun his journey to beat cancer. He is truly a warrior, an inspiration, and our hero. It’s safe to say that we all want him to kick this and get back to 100%. This is one small way we can show our love to him and the Vorkavich family. This fund has been set up to cover costs related to the cancer, such as medical costs not covered by insurance and to help the family get through this trying time.
