<div>As you well know, I’ve been struggling with my health for the past few years and I’ve been in and out of the bed at home, the hospital and numerous rehabilitation centers.  As a result of this, I’ve completely exhausted my finances and I’m in need of serious help.

<div>Through the years, I have given everything that I had physical, mentally and emotionally, and now I’m begging you to reciprocate.

<div>These are not all of the things that I’m faced with but just the ones that I can think of right off hand.  I need your support in order to meet all of these financial demands.
