Medical Expenses for Chris Hatch

Hello all,

My name is Kasey Mills and I am fundraising for the medical expenses and financial support for Chris Hatch and his family.

Chris has been in and out of the hospital for the last year, dealing with side effects from failing kidneys which resulted in Chris having to be put on dialysis. This has been very trying for Chris because it has put him out of work and has now caused a more serious condition called Calciphylaxis. This is a very serious condition where calcium collects in the skin, blood vessels & fat tissue. It can cause blood clots, painful skin ulcers, & sepsis.

Chris is currently at Maine Med. He is in a lot of pain, and doctors are unsure how long it will take for the calciphylaxis to clear up, if it clears up at all. The results of this condition can be very serious.

All of the funds donated to this fundraiser will go directly to the medical expenses and financial support of Christopher and his family. This includes treatment, all medical bills, and expenses related to travel for Chris to get the best possible care. Once Chris is able to be released from the hospital, if there are any donations remaining, they will go to Chris to help pay his bills, as he will not be able to work because of this condition.

Anyone who knows Christopher, knows he's always there for anyone who needs it. He has always been willing to help, make someone laugh or cook you a meal you wont forget.
