made this Go fund me page for amazing human we all know and love , Art Ornelas.

For many years Art helped as a volunteer at Talento Bilingüe de Houston , photographer for NHPO and volunteered for many organizations. He worked tirelessly without pay to always make sure the community center would run smoothly.

A few years ago Art had an accident that left him with a wound on his foot that could not heal. He was diagnosed with diabetes and not long after that his Kidneys started to fail. His daily dialysis treatments are administered in a clinic and are needed for his survival. Art has been living in a assisted living home and was told he will need to vacate in the next 48hrs since his insurance has run out. Alongside his wife Virgie she has contacted and exhausted all avenues to have him stay but was told no and that the family would have to take him home. Home care is not an option since he needs dialysis treatments daily and he can no longer walk. The last thing he needs is to worry about his health and where the money will come.

Please help Virgie and Art raise funds towards his medical expenses. They both have done so much for the community. Let’s get together as a community and help them. No matter the amount all is welcomed.
