Please help April Zullo

On March 17th 2018, April Zullo was admitted into the hospital after suffering a major stroke. She has been transported to Vallejo Rehabilitation Center where she is now undergoing multiple types of therapy.  The stroke affected her right side leaving her unable to walk or use her right arm/hand. Her speech is slurred and her spirits are low. Her children Melissa, Megan,and Matt are her soul providers through this challenging time in April’s life. April will be discharged from the facility on April 13th. Unfortunately due to the stroke she will be going home in a wheelchair. The therapists have recommended for us to get a list of handicapped items that will help her adjust to everyday life when she is home. These things are just some of the things we will need to purchase(wheelchair,grab bars, ramps for going in and out of the house, portable ramps, bathtub bench, bedside commode, wheelchair accessories). Along with an extremity of items to be purchased to make her more comfortable at home comes all of the different types of medication she is on and the bills for the time she has spent in the facility. We are asking anyone and everyone who has ever known April, friends of, family to help with all these expenses. Every single contribution made will go to getting April back on her feet and hopefully to a more independent life. Even if you can not donate a nice message or prayer to lift her spirits in this difficult time is encouraged. Thank you to everyone.
