Medical Expenses for Alex Benhart

Back in January, Alex had a seizure.  He was diagnosed with malformed blood vessels in his brain. 

While relieved that it wasn't a tumor, this diagnosis has meant that the entire family has been upheaved with ICU stays, ER visits, neurologist consultations, surgeries.... you name it.   Their family has weathered this with brave and loving hearts. 

They have been in and out of the hospital ever since.  And there is still more to come. 

The financial strain that comes with something like this is immense.  Not to mention the disruption to their ability to work or carry on with normal daily concerns like paying bills or grocery shopping. 

If you can spare $100, $20, or even $5, together we can help relieve at least part of their burden.  The family has been hit with over $7K in medical expenses in just 3 months.   Please, if you can give up Starbucks for Lent, you could give part of what you would have spent there to help their little boy. 

Something like this happened before in my family, it can happen to anyone.  Out of the blue.  Put yourself in their place and please give what you can.  Our hearts are grateful for your help.
