Medical equipment for Josh Frederick Daryle shier

Hello we are the parents of Josh Frederick Daryle shier who is now19 and on July 15th was in bad car accident that left him with a traumatic brain injury and we was told josh would never walk, talk or show any emotion and doctors gave up and with doctors not willing to give my son any rehabilitation well his mother and I brought him home and with the help from his brothers and sisters we work daily with him and  since then through the power prayer and the grace of Gods healing  and the help from friends from all over and our community our son speaks and is eating smiles showing lots of emotions and strength and determination an understanding even identifying colours and pushing his wheelchair and with help has stood up so we are now trying to purchase a medical device called the qaudriciser or something similar so that we can continue to try and exercise him give him the best quality of life we can any help would be greatly appreciated an may God bless you all and we thank you in advance  and if anyone is not able to donate through go fund me E transfers can be sent to email [email redacted]
