Medical costs for Willie Blake

On February 1st around midday, Willie Blake and myself were involved in an accident where a truck collided with our scooter near an intersection in Gianyar, Bali. Whilst we’re very lucky to be alive -Willie has sustained serious injuries to his head, with a minor haemorrhage in the brain, fractures to his eye socket and cheek bone, as well as breaking his jaw into three pieces. He also has multiple fractures in his wrist. We are currently being looked after at BIMC Kuta, where Willie has undergone 10 hours of surgery last night. He was fitted with multiple platings in his head, jaw and wrist. Regretfully we didn’t purchase insurance before embarking on our holiday. So far, we have managed to pay the deposit of his hospital bill and extended stay, but have exhausted our funds. This is just the start of a very long road to recovery and we are hoping if anyone who is able and willing to help us, could contribute to a very worthy cause.
