<div>On Saturday, January 20, 15-year-old Nolan Yearout went to the hospital because his heart was feeling "funny" ... he hasn't been home since. He was sent to CHOC and then transferred to UCLA where he is waiting for a possible heart transplant. His dad Kevin and his mom Shelly have been by his side every step of the way.

<div>Nolan is a freshman at Estancia High School and plays basketball and baseball. The programs are devastated by the news of Nolan being in the hospital and are all praying for him to get better and come home.
