<div>2 and half years ago, I was 31stone and 6 lb, and yes, that's right, I have to pinch myself at times. With life altering health issues and a walking stick, I thought I was going to die like this until one day at the start of January 2022 when I pucked up the couraged and walked into slimming world, and my world changed.

<div>I slowly began to want to live and be present with my life, I had to learn how to fight for myself. In the June 2022 I had the opportunity to have the gastric sleeve and man I had to start again by relearning how I looked at food and change my mindset. This has been an ongoing journey of 2 and half years of changing my life, finding a new love for walking, the gym and being able to have the energy to be a mum! I couldn't hardly get off the sofa before and now I am able to find enjoyment in being able to tie my shoes, not feeling embarrassed about breaking a chair or even wearing a dress in summer - I'm finding freedom

<div>With all this said I am now down 17STONE which makes me super happy!! But the biggest battle I now have are the scars left behind with how much excessive skin I am carrying, its causing me great issues including sores which has been uncomfortable during the summer.

<div>Unfortunately I cannot afford to pay in full to get all the skin removed. I have appealed three times to have some form of help from the NHS but I have been denied. I am praying for help and support, anything that you can donate towards the cost of surgery I would be truly grateful for
