Medical Charges for Kiko

I really need your help. So this is Kiko, he has been an amazing friend of mine since he was a pup as seen in the first pic where I look like a baby. Definitely the goodest of boys.

Today he got out of his backyard and was hit by a car, dislocating his shoulder, causing ligament damage, and possible internal damage. It was horrible having to pick him up between three of us, while he cried, and putting him into our car to drive him an hour to the nearest 24 hour vet hospital. The medical expenses are estimating around $3,000-6,000 for his medical expenses and if surgery is needed it could reach $7,000 to heal everything and we are in real need of help. Any little amount would be greatly appreciated
