Medical care for stray kitten "ellie "

Hi guys on January 22 2021 I came home to my dog going crazy and realized there was a kitten at our door .I reluctantly let her in knowing my dog would go crazy but NOT knowing how sick and fragile she is .
" ellie " ran to my dogs food dish and water and ate all his food in 5 minutes and almost drank the water dry .

Fast forward to yesterday I noticed she was limping and assumed it was because of how skinny she is and how long her nails are so I attempted to cut her nails and discovered she has 3 out of 4 paw pads just a mess .either miss ellie had her paws burnt , frost bit or they're full of infection and she is now not walking on her back paw . 

Unfortunately I am a student as is my fiancee and didn't see this coming at all .we financially are unable to pay hundreds of dollars in vet bills.  We took little miss in to see if we could find her owners but its very apparent now she's been injured / outside for abit now .

We are absolutely in love with her as is everyone who meets her .we are trying everything in our power to keep her with us and not have to surrender her ..


Any help will be appreciated 

The vet said today if its not a emergency visit im looking at at least 300 but next appointment is feb 5 ( she can't last that long ) and if I do emergency then its a extra $108
