Our Story

On 12/3/25, my sister Julianna was in an accident, totaled her vehicle, and sent her to the hospital with injuries that are still being treated/recovered from. As her older brother, I'm reaching out to my community because Julianna needs help getting back on her feet quickly, and she deserves it.

Who is Julianna?

Julianna is one of the strongest people I know. As a single mother, she's dedicated the last 7 years to providing for her son and building a healthy future for them both. Right now, she's working multiple jobs and living with me in Orlando while she saves up to move into a place of her own with her son.

She's the kind of person who never asks for help, but constantly helps and gives selflessly to others. But this accident has thrown a wrench into everything she's been working toward, and it's devastating to watch someone I love face a setback like this.

What Happened

The accident totaled Julianna's car. Because she was stretching every dollar to save for her and her son's next steps, she only carried minimal auto insurance coverage.

She doesn't have medical insurance either, so that’s an additional layer we will work through in the coming weeks.

This feels like a difficult blow when she was finally making progress toward independence.

A Message from Caleb (Her Brother):

I'm not the type to ask for help, and neither is Julianna. But I'm watching my younger sister, who has worked so incredibly hard to build a better life for her son, struggle with something very heavy.

She doesn't deserve this setback. Her son doesn't deserve the uncertainty. And I know there are good people out there who understand that sometimes, hardworking people just need a hand up.

What We're Raising Money For

We've done our best to break down what Julianna needs to get back on track:

Reliable used vehicle: estimated $5,000-$6,000 (something safe and dependable to get her son to school and get to work)

Outstanding medical bills: estimated $3,500 - $5,000 (hospital visits and ongoing treatments and possible physical therapy)

Any overages will go directly toward income replacement for the work she missed during her down time, and secondly to the apartment fund: To help her reach her goal of independence sooner.

Total Goal: $10,000+

Every dollar will go directly toward getting Julianna mobile again and covering all the auto-related expenses, and medical expenses.
