Assistance for Dandrick and His Family
Donation protected
On May 13th, Mother’s Day weekend, my son’s best friend, Dandrick, was in a near fatal car accident. He has had multiple life-saving surgeries and was recently moved from Condell Hospital to a rehabilitation facility in Chicago that specializes in traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) where they can focus on his speech and memory. Dandick is facing a long long road to recovery and the potential outcome is uncertain.
His family has been at his bedside every moment so that he is never alone, and they will continue to be there even though it will now require hotel accommodations and other expenses given the transfer. Medical bills are also a concern as they continue to accumulate.
Dandrick is a resident of Volo, where he loves hanging out with his pups, Sunny and Bella. He is also a Wauconda High School graduate. If you have ordered pizza from Rosati’s in Wauconda, it is likely that Dandrick delivered it to you and your family. If you have driven through town, you’re likely to have passed him longboarding and enjoying life.
Dandrick’s family has a strong military background, with both of his parent being Navy veterans. I would love to help ease the financial burdens and concerns Dandrick’s amazing family is facing so they may focus solely on helping him heal. Any contribution would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you.
