As a lot of you know my grandpa, Jan Wittenbach had a bad stroke November 7th. He was in the hospital for a little over 2 months, &amp; we were able to bring him home on hospice January 3rd. We all just got some terrible news as my grand father is actively dying. My grandparents are on social security, so a very fixed income. My grandma will be down to one income,  &amp; cannot afford to pay for the medical bills &amp; funeral costs as well as having house payments. My grandpa is ineligible for life insurance due to heaving a heart valve replaced. Anything helps! We greatly appreciate it!
