Medical bills for specialists for strange disease

My wife has been very ill for 3 years now. It’s a disease without a name. It’s been so tough to see her like this. In pain all the time, everyday and every night for all these years. And having to see her on all these medications that doesn’t help but with awful side effects. It has been very hard for her.
We are out of options in our country and the doctors can’t help her. We have found several specialists around the world and we need their help to beat this strange disease.
