Recovery Funds for Daniel Miller
Donation protected
On September 1st, 2020, Daniel Miller was walking on the street in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn when he was shot in broad daylight. This happened moments after an anti-gun rally in the community after an increase in gun violence in the past year.
Daniel is well-known throughout the Brooklyn community as a local rapper under the stage name Packy Hat. When the community learned of this incident, many of his fans, friends, and family rushed to the hospital and consoled one another in the parking lot, clinging to hope that he will be okay. Many are in shock that something like this could happen to Daniel, as he is known to be polite, funny and just fun to be around. His family is truly appreciative of the out pour of support and well wishes from the community since this incident.
His attacker has yet to be identified.
Although he survived his attack, difficult times lie ahead of him. In addition to the time needed to heal, he will require accessibility supplies and constant care. This GoFundMe is to raise money to help Daniel and his family with supplies to aid with his recovery, and anything additional costs that the family will experience at the hands of gun violence.
