Medical Bills And Procedures

I've been dealing with an Si joint injury and exhausted procedures and surgeries. I've lost my business of 15 years and been currently on disability for 2 years. I'm anxiously wanting to start a new career but I'm not medically stable. I'm in major medical debt. I could do one more procedure which is stem cell injections. The last resort fusion surgery. Can you help? This is extremely humbling for me to ask.
