<div>With my son Jon Teigen Salter’s permission, I’m reaching out about something very personal. Teigen is 27 years old and works as a Physical Therapist in Colorado. Recently, he was diagnosed with an extremely rare autoimmune disease called Goodpasture Syndrome. As a result, he is now in need of a kidney transplant. His results are now good enough to start the process, so if you have already registered, they will be reaching out to potential candidates next week.
