Medical bills and debt and Debt from mental health

Hello, my name is Josh Buzzell, i have a fiance, Elizabeth, and our dog, Buddy. We live with Elizabeth's elderly parents, whom we watch and take care for.  Around this time last year, i developed a condition called serotonin withdrawal syndrome, which is the opposite of serotonin syndrome. This condition caused what my doctor called "brain zaps," which were debilitating and have caused long term affects thus far. We called them zaps because it felt like electricity was short-circuiting my brain, and once one of them happened I would sit there, expressionless, lifeless, staring into nothing for anywhere from a few seconds, to 15 or even 20 minutes. There was only one time where i came out of it and I didn't know where i was and got very scared, but then i passed out as if i had been sleeping. These brain zaps made my depression and anxiety extremely severe, and it gave me several flashbacks to past trauma i didn't know i had, that only made everything 100 times worse for me. Since then, I have been out of work, not without trying. I was hired at a supermarket in January, but i kept having panic attacks in just training. In May,  I was hired at a seed processing warehouse, and i made it through the first day okay. The second day was easily 5 times as hard, and the third day i had a panic attacks all day and had to be sent home, and decided that it wasn't right for me. Since then, i have only gotten worse mental health wise. In fact, I get anxious doing the things i love, I get fits of anger over nothing at all, and I get panic attacks seemingly at random. I have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, which explains my severe and sometimes debilitating pain. Throughout this, I have been hurt a few times and needed x-rays multiple times and have over $2000 in medical bills (my father's insurance saved me) and my fiance has been using her savings to support me and us, she has spent nearly $15,000 dollars to afford rent, bills, food, co-pays, and that doesn't even include her own medical bills.

I am asking for help, i can not support my family the way i want and need to. We are in the middle of remodeling the downstairs basement for her elderly father who has had several falls this year, he had spine surgery not that long ago as well, so as much income from everyone as possible has been going to that, and it has made it so Elizabeth is unable to support us the way she needs to, so my already growing debt is only going to be growing further.

$15,000 would provide me enough relief to pay off my medical bills, and pay off Elizabeth's medical bills, as well as pay her back for the money she has lent me by paying for my bills.

I appreciate any and all support, I am just a young man who is going through an incredible amount of physical, mental, and emotional pain, and I ask for any help you may gave.
