medical bill/lost wages fund

hi im ryan. i writting you mbecause i recently got injured when me and a friend tried to stop a group of soulard bar goers from heckling/beating up a homeless man. we saw this group of people apporach a homeless man and it started to escalate. we recorded the incident and started yelling "stop " as things got more heated. its unclear why i was hit as i had no intention to fight these people and was only interested in de escalation. i can be heard on the video saying "i just dont want them to hurt that dude" . i was hit twice in the head but i only remember being hit once. i was blacked out on the pavement and my friend quickly drove me to the hospital. this all happened on saturday november 4th at about 130 in the moring outside of mission taco and bogarts in soulard. as far as i know the extent of my injuries include a broken nose, a concussion, a laceration on my ear which has 20+ stitches in it. at the moment i cant hear too well out of my right ear and im hoping this isnt permanent. some of you know how important music is to me and any loss in hearing would be particularly sad to me. these injuries are keeping me out of work for a couple weeks and i would like your help with getting back some of those lost wages and help with my hospital bill and what ever else i might need. anything you can contribute would help. thanks
