Medical Assistance For Wreck

So, on 10/5, I was in a wreck when a woman blew through a stop sign and crashed into me. She had no license and no insurance, I had only liability. I’ve lost my truck and my neck and shoulder are totally messed up. I hired an attorney who after a month of making me wait for answers, dropped my case because they didn’t see it as profitable. So now I’m stuck with all of this loss and damage and all of this pain, with no hope of recouping these losses. I just want to go to a doctor and get literally anything done about neck, so I can get back to work! I’ve never asked anyone for anything before, but I’m in a position where I just don’t have any other options anymore. Thank you for just taking the time to read this.
