Medical Assistance for Cat

Came across this little fella on my way to work, face down, bleeding out of the mouth. After finding the owners and informing them that their cat had been hit and needed urgent help, they told me to push it to the side of the road and let it be. . At that point I called my sister to see if there was anything she could do. She managed to pick it up and get it to the vet. Turns out this beautiful creature has no internal bleeding, just a severely damaged jawline, which should heal naturally on its own. Working on getting it medical attention now. But it’s going to live to see better days. What a fucking miracle. If you know anyone that can give it a better home, please contact me or my sister.

Update: As awesome as it was to see over 250 people share this post, come together and raise almost $2000 in 24 hours, just for one single cat they don’t know, is truly amazing to me. Shows strangers can come together and support each other during tough times. So I thank everybody who tried to fight for this little guy. I truly tried my best to get him the help he needed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately it was just too late. We all got Kurt to a new loving owner 12 hours after I found him, and to an ER Vet, but the injuries were too far gone and severe. Truly sorry to be the one to break the sad news. Rest In Peace Kurt. Again thank you everybody for your inspiring efforts. You all really are awesome.

P.S. IS ANYONE IN FAVOR OF Patti Kelly’s suggestion? Donating ALL efforts to a few local animal rescues, food for shelters, etc. ? Because I am 100% more than willing to do that. I would be honored.
