Assistance for Abaco Health Services

Donation protected
On 1 September 2019, the Bahamas was devastated by Hurricane Dorian. The island of Abaco is a magical place, filled with joy and love and the hurricane has taken everything from the residents. Approximately 90 percent of the residents no longer have homes. There is a significant need for urgent medical attention. My uncle, James Hull is a local doctor whose clinic was destroyed. He has lost all his medical equipment, medication and supplies. Despite this, he and my sister Cassandra, a doctor from Canada have returned to Abaco to provide medical assistance to the residents.

Below is an interview my sister did with CBC about the conditions in Abaco. https://www.cbc.ca/player/play/1601432131857 Please help support the relief effort and donate to help purchase much needed medical supplies and necessities to provide medical care to the Abaco people.

Dr Hull has started Abaco Health Services to provide mobile medical care to those in need. The Abaco Health Services Mobile Medical Unit weekly Schedules can be found on the Abaco Health Services Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/abacohealthservices

This go fund me page will now say that is on behalf of Valerie Shipp (who is my mother) instead of Dr James Hull - that is only because you need to be a Canadian resident to withdrawal the funds! The money will be provided to my uncle Dr James Hull to assist with his medical relief efforts.
