Medical and incidental care for my dad

My dad has been struggling with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) since his diagnosis in the summer of 2015. Over the last couple of weeks, however, his health has significantly declined. Because of this, my husband, Kyle, and I have decided to move my dad and my brother Zeke (a high school junior) into our home to better care for our dad and help relieve some of the stress my brother has been dealing with during this process. With this decision comes the added financial responsibility of ensuring my dad gets the proper medical care he needs, the incidentals that we will need to have at our house, as well as dealing with the legal logistics of liquidating his assets.
