Medical and Emergency fundraiser

I've officially hit the point of desperation. I am in desperate need of help. These past few months have been utter hell, from cancer and other medical diagnoses that have me bouncing from one medical professional to the next to my car being totaled on the 5th. I have been utterly devastated financially and am in danger of ending up worse off because I am in the process of changing jobs. With no way of getting to my new job im pretty much screwed. Its costing me a lot to swallow my pride and ask for help but if i dont i dont know how im gonna make it.
