Medical air lift from PR to Massach

My brother Jim had an accident in May 2017 and fell. He was taken to ER in Vieques, Puerto Rico. He was then air lifted to San Juan Puerto-Rico. He spent two days in hallway of the ER before seeing a doctor. He was then admitted to the hospital. When he was admitted he couldn’t move his head, arms or legs. He received minimal care. Unfortnately, had no insurance and no money. Currently, he is now in a nursing facility in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. He can not walk, feed himself, or even sit up for any length of time.
In September 2017 hurricane Maria hit the island of Vieques along with Puerto Rico. My 90 year old mother had to be air lifted from Vieques to Massachusetts for her safety. She since then she has been relocated to Bothell, Washington to live with me.
Jim currently has no visitors. He is in a room by himself with no phone, radio or interaction with anyone except the people that feed, bathe and change him. We call
him but can’t always get to talk to him since his nurse is too busy to bring phone to him. He is very depressed, confused, and lonely.
Our family is from Massachusetts and my sister Marie still lives there. We need to medically air lift Jim back home to Massachusetts for better medical care and to be closer to family. It costs $32,000 to bring him home to a nursing home in Massachusetts. Our prayer is to bring him home by March 2018.
