Dawah Media Fundraiser

Assalamu'alaikum brothers and sisters!

Let me ask you a question... from all of the 1000+ videos we have online, which one has been the most life changing for you so far? Now I want you to recall how your life was before you came across that video.. when you were distant from Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى


Now when you're thinking of and remembering that, I want you to be aware that there are still so many others who are living in that state... far and distant from Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى . They haven't come across that one video that may help change their life- that one reminder that might touch them and bring them out from the darkness of sins to the light and happiness of guidance


But that doesn't mean there isn't any hope for them, it just means they haven't come across that reminder online yet


And that's why insha'Allah me and my team are dedicated to producing as much content on tawheed, sunnah and reminders about Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى as possible for the next three months


In order to reach these targets, however, we are limited in terms the resources we have. We need to hire more people in our media team and buy more equipment.

The Prophet ﷺ said that none of you will truly believe until you love for your brother what you love for yourself. And in this context, you would love guidance for your brother just as you would love for yourself

Where exactly is your money going?

Stage 1: £23k [COMPLETE]

The funds will be withdrawn by us and we will spend it on the following things:
- Media team wages
- Media equipment 
- Production costs of any of the shows (this will be the most minimum cost inshaa’Allah)

Stage 2:  £16k 

Since we have successfully completed stage one of our fundraising now Alhamdulillah, we are now at stage two where we are looking to set up a studio and get some studio equipment to take things to the next level insha'Allah.

We may also use money generated from this fundraiser to pay for any other costs connected to this project

So to summarize, insha'Allah we are looking to raise a total of £40k and will be increasing the target amount to reflect this accordingly as the donations come in.


Long term financial objective:

We do not intend to fund our da'wah long term through donations. The equipment and studio we attain through this money will primarily be used for our free online social media content, and on the side will also be used for our other projects such as The Knowledge College  for which we have a monthly subscription fee. By doing this, we will be increasing the output quality of these and, in turn, become financially independent insha'Allah.
