Support Mr. Randy Fight Cancer

Donation protected
Randy Dailey is one of the kindest, most humble people you will ever meet. He is an avid outdoorsman and fisherman. Before cancer he could rarely be caught inside before dark. Randy and his wife, Pam, live in Camden, Alabama. He has two sons, Brian and JT. Randy also has a daughter-in-law, Dawn, and two adorable granddaughters, Marcee and Madi. Randy is a kindhearted family man who loves being a “Papa” and spending time with family and friends.

In August of 2010 Randy went in for a colonoscopy. The results from it changed his life forever. This test revealed he had colon cancer. He quickly started chemotherapy and radiation to try and shrink the cancer in order to avoid a colostomy. However by the end of 2010 scans revealed the treatment had not done as they had hoped. On December 23, 2010 Randy had a colostomy performed. After the surgery he again began chemotherapy. During 2011 he had 2 PET scans completed. The results from these scans were good. The doctors were pleased with the results and Randy resumed his favorite hobbies of hunting and fishing. However in the summer of 2012 a new PET scan revealed a spot on his lung. Once again he began chemotherapy. This time they tried a new kind of chemo which caused horrible side effects on Randy. He went through several hospital stays and many days of feeling terrible. Once he finished this round of chemo he began a different type.  Randy continued this maintenance chemotherapy every 3 weeks until 2015. In January 2015 Randy got the results from yet another PET scan. These results were the worst yet and very hard to hear. The cancer had now spread to his lungs, lymph nodes, and neck. After seeking two different doctor opinions Randy began very intensive chemotherapy at the beginning of February 2015. This time the chemotherapy would involve two kinds of chemo given at the office and a 3rd kind in a pump which he would wear for two days.  He will continue this treatment for about 12 weeks. During this treatment he will have many doctor appointments, labs, and then a new scan. Everyone is hopeful that the next scan will show that the chemotherapy is working.

Our goal is to raise money to help with medical cost and travel to and from doctor appointments. Our prayer is we can relieve some financial stress from Mr. Randy and Mrs. Pam so their focus can be on  complete healing. Most importantly, we ask for you to pray for this precious family. The purpose of prayer is not to conform God to our will, but conform us to His. We must trust that God's perfect love will provide this family with the perfect answers.
