Meals for UCSD Doctors Fighting the Pandemic

During this pandemic, UC San Diego doctors are putting their health at risk to fight COVID-19 and help the San Diego community. While doctors are working to help the patients affected by the virus, I feel that it is important that we work as a community to give back to the doctors by bringing them meals bought from local/small restaurants in San Diego. Local businesses are hurting from this pandemic and need all the support they can get. Therefore, I decided to help support local businesses and help UCSD doctors at the same time! With the money that is raised, I will be buying meals from local San Diego restaurants and delivering them to the UC San Diego Medical Center to show the doctors that we, as a community, appreciate their sacrifice and hard work. Though many of us are stuck at home and feeling hopeless, donating is a way to give back to the community and aid the issues at hand. Anything helps!
