Meals for our Neighborhood Hospital Heros

Our local Uptown Hospital Hero's at Weiss Memorial Hospital need our help. Weiss Memorial (as of this writing) has 4 out of 7 floors devoted to COVID patients, the ICU is full and the surgical suites are serving as the overflow. This week is only going to get worse we are told. Each of the nurses, doctors, technicians, housekeepers and staff serve a 12 hour shift and are only given one set of PPE a day. Once they suit up, it's next to impossible for them to stop working. They are risking their lives and need to stay healthy.  Many are currently staying away from their own families homes, so meals are difficult and far between. I thought I might help by putting together a fund that will do several things, fund meals sent to the hospital and support our local restaurants as best we can. 

 My initial goal would be so that I can provide meals over the course of 5 days.  All proceeds will be used to provide our local restaurants  support  and a meal for a health care providers at Weiss Hospital. We will have the food delivered directly to the Chaplin, Teressa Tuohy for distribution.
