<div>Heya, my name is Lilah. I am a AuDHD &amp; queer 25-year-old activist and environmentalist.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have struggled a lot with my mental health in the past several years due to my neurodivergence, the climate crisis, sexual trauma, mental health stigma, and our harmful mental health system.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So, I'll be walking my second (&amp; third) Camino de Santiago early next year to raise money for mental health. I'm planning to walk the Camino Ingles &amp; the Camino Finisterre (209km). I'll start in Ferrol, stop in Santiago, and then end in Muxía in Spain, which will take around 2 weeks.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I solo walked the Camino Portuguese de la Costa (280km) in 2023 when I was 22, and it's one of the best things I've ever done.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The mental health charities/organisations I want to raise money for are: the Samaritans, Bipolar UK, the Climate Psychology Alliance, Compassionate Mental Health &amp; Mad Youth Organise.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These mental health charities/organisations either supported me when I was struggling, or give me hope that the current mental health system can be reformed to be less coercive, controlling &amp; carceral, and instead more compassionate.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please donate and share if you can :)
